The Guest Experience Director is seeking professionals who excel beyond standard fitness expertise. You will be expected to naturally engage in meaningful conversations, demonstrate strong interpersonal skills, and align with elite service standards. 🗣️
Flexibility is essential. During the initial opening months, you will help evaluate guest preferences and behavioral patterns to refine the wellness program, adapting workouts to the unique spaces of the property and tailoring activities for families.

Required Formats & Certifications
This resort operates a highly versatile, single-position program. Ideally, professionals should be certified and experienced in at least two or more of the following combinations from each category: 🧘
Yoga & Mindfulness: Proficient in a minimum of two styles (e.g., Vinyasa, Yin, Hatha) AND experienced in Pranayama, Meditation, Wellness Ceremonies, or Sound Healing.
Fitness & Movement: Pilates (Mat), Barre, or Sculpt; Strength Training, Functional Fitness, Mobility, Stretching, or Bodywork/Somatics; Core Training, Aqua Fitness; Aqua bike, or SUP Fitness/Yoga.
Mandatory Deliverables

Your professional presence and ownership of the "classroom" experience are essential to our program's success. Consistent adherence to these standards ensures a high-quality wellness experience for all resort guests.
You are responsible for your class set-up. While resort staff may assist, it should not be expected. Ensure your space is ready and equipment is organized before guests arrive.
Guests are on vacation; remain mindful of varying states of exercise readiness and potential dehydration. Actively monitor for overexertion or heat exhaustion, ensuring your teaching area is hazard-free.
Arrive 30 minutes prior to start time to encourage participation and welcome participants. If no guests show initially, remain for the full duration of your scheduled class time to accommodate any late arrivals.
Be ready to adapt to various experience levels and languages. Your goal is to enhance guest confidence and enjoyment regardless of their background or physical ability.
Respect local protocols and maintain a positive rapport with on-site entertainment and fitness teams. Your role is to complement their program as a valuable team member through seamless communication.

To ensure a smooth and secure experience, please complete the following essential steps. These items are non-negotiable requirements that protect you financially, guarantee legal entry, and ensure a seamless resort check-in.
