Two Professionals, One Program: Impression Isla Mujeres features an elevated Wellness & Experiences program. Each week, the resort welcomes two Fit Bodies professionals. You will collaborate and complement each other's specialtiesโone bringing Mind-Body practices and the other bringing Fitness and Movementโto offer guests a complete, balanced experience.

New PositionSpecialty Focus: This position brings a strong workout and movement component to the resort. You will adapt your workouts to the unique spaces of the property while collaborating with the Mind-Body professional.Required Expertise: Ideally, professionals should be certified and experienced in at least two or more of the following combinations: Pilates (Mat), Barre, or Sculpt; Strength Training, Functional Fitness, or Athletic Conditioning; Mobility, Stretching, or Bodywork/Somatics; Core Training, HIIT, Bootcamp, or TRX; Aqua Fitness or SUP Fitness.*Yoga, meditation, and breathwork are welcomed as secondary skills, but should not be your primary disciplines for this specific slot.

Your professional presence and ownership of the "classroom" experience are essential to our program's success. Consistent adherence to these standards ensures a high-quality wellness experience for all resort guests.
You are responsible for your class set-up. While resort staff may assist, it should not be expected. Ensure your space is ready and equipment is organized before guests arrive.
Guests are on vacation; remain mindful of varying states of exercise readiness and potential dehydration. Actively monitor for overexertion or heat exhaustion, ensuring your teaching area is hazard-free.
Arrive 30 minutes prior to start time to encourage participation and welcome participants. If no guests show initially, remain for the full duration of your scheduled class time to accommodate any late arrivals.
Be ready to adapt to various experience levels and languages. Your goal is to enhance guest confidence and enjoyment regardless of their background or physical ability.
Respect local protocols and maintain a positive rapport with on-site entertainment and fitness teams. Your role is to complement their program as a valuable team member through seamless communication.
