This property requires two professionals each week to run a coordinated wellness program. Every professional is expected to teach multiple styles and offer variety, backed by their certifications, experience, and Fit Bodies resort training. 🗣️
Required Formats & Certifications
When applying, please ensure you are qualified for one of the two distinct positions offered: 🧘
Mind-Body Professional: Yoga, Pilates or Barre, with wellness components that vary by week. Some weeks bring yoga, some Pilates or barre, some a mix.
Pickleball Coach: Clinics by level, drills and strategy, and hosted social play.
Mandatory Deliverables
- 📸 Professional Photo: A high-resolution, fitness-focused portrait is required immediately upon confirmation for the resort’s guest-facing schedule.
- 📜 Current Certifications: Valid certifications covering your specific format combinations must be current and uploaded to your Fit Bodies profile.
- Social Media Engagement: Active tagging of Grand Hyatt Los Cabos and Fit Bodies during your exchange is expected to promote the new wellness programming.

📋 Professional Standards & Classroom Ownership
Your professional presence and ownership of the "classroom" experience are essential to our program's success. Consistent adherence to these standards ensures a high-quality wellness experience for all resort guests.
You are responsible for your class set-up. While resort staff may assist, it should not be expected. Ensure your space is ready and equipment is organized before guests arrive.
Guests are on vacation; remain mindful of varying states of exercise readiness and potential dehydration. Actively monitor for overexertion or heat exhaustion, ensuring your teaching area is hazard-free.
Arrive 30 minutes prior to start time to encourage participation and welcome participants. If no guests show initially, remain for the full duration of your scheduled class time to accommodate any late arrivals.
Be ready to adapt to various experience levels and languages. Your goal is to enhance guest confidence and enjoyment regardless of their background or physical ability.
Respect local protocols and maintain a positive rapport with on-site entertainment and fitness teams. Your role is to complement their program as a valuable team member through seamless communication.

To ensure a smooth and secure experience, please complete the following essential steps. These items are non-negotiable requirements that protect you financially, guarantee legal entry, and ensure a seamless resort check-in.
