⚠️ Eligibility Restriction:

Guests who have previously stayed at any Couples Resort as a full-paying guest are not eligible to book as a fitness professional.

This is a strict resort rule with no exceptions permitted. We appreciate your understanding and support in maintaining this partnership policy.

Resort hosts two positions a week.

The Group Fitness position has two required formats.
Group exercise certified teaching Aqua and either Spin or TRX

👥 Occupancy & Solo Travel Policy:

Couples Swept Away is a couples-only environment. Solo travelers are not permitted to book this location.

All guest rooms are equipped with one King bed and have a maximum occupancy of 2 adults.

📋 Professional Requirements:

📸 High-Resolution Photo: The resort requires a high-quality, professional portrait to be published on their website. This must be submitted and approved prior to travel.
📱 Social Media Presence: Active participation on social media, including tagging the resort and Fit Bodies, is a mandatory requirement for this placement.
📜 Current Certifications: Valid certifications for your teaching formats must be uploaded to your profile and remain current throughout your travel dates.
⏳ Stay Limits: A maximum stay of 2 weeks per professional is permitted annually across the Couples brand.

Your professional presence and ownership of the "classroom" experience are essential to our program's success. Consistent adherence to these standards ensures a high-quality wellness experience for all resort guests.

Set-Up Ownership

You are responsible for your class set-up. While resort staff may assist, it should not be expected. Ensure your space is ready and equipment is organized before guests arrive.

Guest Engagement and Safety

Guests are on vacation; remain mindful of varying states of exercise readiness and potential dehydration. Actively monitor for overexertion or heat exhaustion, ensuring your teaching area is hazard-free.

Punctuality

Arrive 30 minutes prior to start time to encourage participation and welcome participants. If no guests show initially, remain for the full duration of your scheduled class time to accommodate any late arrivals.

Adaptability

Be ready to adapt to various experience levels and languages. Your goal is to enhance guest confidence and enjoyment regardless of their background or physical ability.

Staff & Departmental Harmony

Respect local protocols and maintain a positive rapport with on-site entertainment and fitness teams. Your role is to complement their program as a valuable team member through seamless communication.

To ensure a smooth and secure experience, please complete the following essential steps. These items are non-negotiable requirements that protect you financially, guarantee legal entry, and ensure a seamless resort check-in.

🛡️ Travel Insurance

Crucial for protecting your financial investment and providing support for medical emergencies or disruptions.

🛂 Passport Requirements

Check expiration dates for all travelers immediately. Passports must be valid for at least six months beyond your return date.
