While Secrets is an adults-only sanctuary, we offer a unique flex opportunity specifically for those booking the Specialty Holistic Wellness position.
If you are traveling with up to two children (under 12) for this specific placement, we can adjust your lodging to the adjacent, family-friendly Dreams Vallarta Bay. To utilize this option, you must include a request for "Dreams Lodging" in the checkout notes of your order.

The resort has a *strict maximum occupancy of 2 adults per room. Your standard booking includes the professional and one adult companion. All accommodations are equipped with one King bed.

This destination hosts two distinct professional positions per week. Please ensure your credentials align with the specific role you are booking:
Focuses on high-energy guest engagement. Formats include Yoga (preferred), Group Fitness, Person Trainer (small group), Cycle, Zumba, Strong, Pilates, Pound, Dance Fitness.
Note: POUND instructors must bring their own Ripstix.
A restorative role for specialists in Sound Healing, Tai Chi, QiGong, or Meditation. This position is eligible for Family Flex lodging.
Instructors with multi disciplined specialties required. See program options below for holistic wellness themes and combinations requested by the resort.
Note on Exclusions: This position does not host Cycle, HIIT, Bootcamp, Zumba, or Step. These are accommodated within our separate Group Fitness position. Stand-alone yoga or non-yoga mobility without additional wellness modalities will not be accepted.

Your professional presence and ownership of the "classroom" experience are essential to our program's success. Consistent adherence to these standards ensures a high-quality wellness experience for all resort guests.
You are responsible for your class set-up. While resort staff may assist, it should not be expected. Ensure your space is ready and equipment is organized before guests arrive.
Guests are on vacation; remain mindful of varying states of exercise readiness and potential dehydration. Actively monitor for overexertion or heat exhaustion, ensuring your teaching area is hazard-free.
Arrive 30 minutes prior to start time to encourage participation and welcome participants. If no guests show initially, remain for the full duration of your scheduled class time to accommodate any late arrivals.
Be ready to adapt to various experience levels and languages. Your goal is to enhance guest confidence and enjoyment regardless of their background or physical ability.
Respect local protocols and maintain a positive rapport with on-site entertainment and fitness teams. Your role is to complement their program as a valuable team member through seamless communication.
