The resort has a strict maximum occupancy of 2 adults per room. Your teaching vacation includes the professional and one adult companion. All accommodations are equipped with one King bed. 👥

Secrets Bahia Mita hosts two professionals per week. We seek high-energy instructors proficient in leading guest experiences in our world-class venues.
- 🥁 Format Note (POUND): Professionals teaching POUND at this location are required to bring their own Ripstix for use during their sessions.
- ⚔️ WARRIOR Programs: Professionals are welcome to teach WARRIOR formats; however, the Revolution module is not permitted at this resort.
- 🎾 Racquet & Sport: If you are a Pickleball or Spin specialist, please ensure your profile highlights your coaching experience in these specific disciplines.
- New Padel Coach position to match new Padel courts at this resort.
- 📸 Professional Photo: A high-resolution, specialty-focused portrait is required for resort marketing materials and the guest schedule.

📋 Professional Standards & Classroom Ownership
Your professional presence and ownership of the "classroom" experience are essential to our program's success. Consistent adherence to these standards ensures a high-quality wellness experience for all resort guests.
You are responsible for your class set-up. While resort staff may assist, it should not be expected. Ensure your space is ready and equipment is organized before guests arrive.
Guests are on vacation; remain mindful of varying states of exercise readiness and potential dehydration. Actively monitor for overexertion or heat exhaustion, ensuring your teaching area is hazard-free.
Arrive 30 minutes prior to start time to encourage participation and welcome participants. If no guests show initially, remain for the full duration of your scheduled class time to accommodate any late arrivals.
Be ready to adapt to various experience levels and languages. Your goal is to enhance guest confidence and enjoyment regardless of their background or physical ability.
Respect local protocols and maintain a positive rapport with on-site entertainment and fitness teams. Your role is to complement their program as a valuable team member through seamless communication.

To ensure a smooth and secure experience, please complete the following essential steps. These items are non-negotiable requirements that protect you financially, guarantee legal entry, and ensure a seamless resort check-in.

Check expiration dates for all travelers immediately. Passports must be valid for at least six months beyond your return date.
