All companion names and exact birth dates must be provided at the time of booking.

Per Club Med regulations, no "TBA" names are accepted, and no changes to companions are permitted after the order is placed.

Adults-Only & Occupancy Rules:

This is an Adults-Only Club Med location (18+).
Maximum of 2 adults per room. Club Med does not accommodate 3 adults in one room.
If you require additional rooms for friends or family, please contact our office for a quote.

📅 Club Med Booking Limits:

To ensure variety for resort guests, professionals are permitted to book a maximum of two consecutive weeks every six months across the entire Club Med resort collection.

Professional Photo: A high-resolution, yoga-focused portrait is required for resort marketing and the guest-facing website.
Social Media Presence: Active tagging of the resort and Fit Bodies during your stay is expected to promote the wellness program.

Your professional presence and ownership of the "classroom" experience are essential to our program's success. Consistent adherence to these standards ensures a high-quality wellness experience for all resort guests.

Set-Up Ownership

You are responsible for your class set-up. While resort staff may assist, it should not be expected. Ensure your space is ready and equipment is organized before guests arrive.

Guest Engagement and Safety

Guests are on vacation; remain mindful of varying states of exercise readiness and potential dehydration. Actively monitor for overexertion or heat exhaustion, ensuring your teaching area is hazard-free.

Punctuality

Arrive 30 minutes prior to start time to encourage participation and welcome participants. If no guests show initially, remain for the full duration of your scheduled class time to accommodate any late arrivals.

Adaptability

Be ready to adapt to various experience levels and languages. Your goal is to enhance guest confidence and enjoyment regardless of their background or physical ability.

Staff & Departmental Harmony

To ensure a smooth and secure experience, please complete the following essential steps. These items are non-negotiable requirements that protect you financially, guarantee legal entry, and ensure a seamless resort check-in.

🛡️ Travel Insurance

Crucial for protecting your financial investment and providing support for medical emergencies or disruptions.

Check expiration dates for all travelers immediately. Passports must be valid for at least six months beyond your return date.
