⚠️ Mandatory Miami Charter (MIA)
Access to San Salvador requires purchasing a mandatory Club Med charter flight from MIA. This flight must be secured within 24 hours of your booking confirmation. Tickets are non-refundable, and no name changes are permitted. ✈️
Note: We highly recommend an overnight stay in Miami the night prior to your Saturday departure to ensure you meet the 12:00 PM charter take-off.

⚠️ Mandatory Miami Charter (MIA)
Required Action within 24 Hours of BOOKING CONFIRMATION
Access to San Salvador requires purchasing the mandatory Club Med charter from MIA within 24 hours of booking confirmation. Failure to pay within this window results in automatic cancellation of the resort stay.
Policy: Tickets are 100% non-refundable. No name changes or future travel credits permitted. Overnight stay in Miami the night prior is highly recommended.
To travel to Columbus Isle San Salvador, requires a specific charter from Miami.
Arrivals and departures available only on Saturdays. *Charter departs Saturday at 12 pm local time. You MUST arrive by 9am for the check in. The return - Saturday as well- departs Columbus at 2:15 pm local and arrives back to Miami at 3:30 pm. If you are connecting from another airport, you really will need 3 hrs to go through customs/immigration and then check back in for your connecting flight. There is ONLY the one flight from Miami to Columbus- so if you miss this flight, there is nothing later!*First- availability is subject to change! Therefore, we can’t guarantee space. *We must have the passport copy accompany the request

Professional Requirements
- Yoga Certification: Minimum 200-hour Yoga certification required and must be uploaded to your profile.
- Teaching Experience: Minimum of two years of professional teaching experience is mandatory.
- Format Proficiency: Instructors should be proficient in leading multiple styles, including Vinyasa, Yin, and Restorative.
- Package Credits: Membership Package credits are approved for remaining 2026 dates at this location.
- Professional Photo: A high-resolution portrait is required for resort schedules and marketing materials.
🛂 Immigration Protocol
When filling out Bahamian immigration forms, the professional and all guests must tick "Vacation." If you list "Work," you will be denied entry. No work permits are granted or supplied for this professional exchange.
Occupancy & Family Rules
Inclusions: Covers teaching professional, 1 adult companion, and 1 child (Ages 2–15).
- Max Occupancy: 3 Persons Total (all in one room with no separation).
- Adults: Maximum 2 adults per room. Triple-adult occupancy is not permitted.
- Child: Must be between ages 2 and 15.
⚠️ MANDATORY: All companion names and birth dates must be provided at the time of booking. No "TBA" names or later changes are permitted per Club Med regulations.
🧸 Important: Child Supervision
Do not rely on the Explorer Club during your class time obligations. Babysitting is available for a fee and must be arranged if your child cannot be supervised by your companion while you are teaching.

📋 Professional Standards & Classroom Ownership
Your professional presence and ownership of the "classroom" experience are essential to our program's success. Consistent adherence to these standards ensures a high-quality wellness experience for all resort guests.
You are responsible for your class set-up. While resort staff may assist, it should not be expected. Ensure your space is ready and equipment is organized before guests arrive.
Guests are on vacation; remain mindful of varying states of exercise readiness and potential dehydration. Actively monitor for overexertion or heat exhaustion, ensuring your teaching area is hazard-free.
Arrive 30 minutes prior to start time to encourage participation and welcome participants. If no guests show initially, remain for the full duration of your scheduled class time to accommodate any late arrivals.
Be ready to adapt to various experience levels and languages. Your goal is to enhance guest confidence and enjoyment regardless of their background or physical ability.
Respect local protocols and maintain a positive rapport with on-site entertainment and fitness teams. Your role is to complement their program as a valuable team member through seamless communication.

Check expiration dates for all travelers immediately. Passports must be valid for at least six months beyond your return date.
