📋 Professional Requirements:
- 📅 Booking Limitation: Ensure your travel days align with the posted booking dates.
- 👉 Club Med Asia teaching positions are unique to Fit Bodies & operate with different terms than other resort teaching positions. It's important you only proceed to book a Club Med Asia position once you are comfortable with the parameters of making a reservation request:
- Confirmations are not guaranteed. Only within 30 days of travel is it possible to have an update on status of confirmation, and it may not be until 7-14 days prior to scheduled travel that a final determination on confirmation status may be issued. If your reservation request is not confirmed, a credit with Fit Bodies for the amount paid is issued and expected to be used to place an order within one year from date credit is issued. You will be contacted as soon as there is any update to offer you. - Companion information must be included & accurate upon placing your order.
- This is a Yoga position: Yoga with a lot of teaching experience, and offering diverse styles of class. This includes expertise in teaching with modifications to guests with diverse experience, interests, and abilities. Specialties within Yin yoga, restorative yoga, guided meditation, pranayama, vinyasa yoga are appropriate.
- 📸 Professional Photo: A high-resolution, fitness-focused portrait is required for resort marketing materials and the guest-facing schedule. Club Med carefully reviews the profiles sent to them and it is one of many factors determining whether they can issue confirmation.
- 📜 Current Certifications: Valid certifications for your teaching formats must be uploaded to your profile and current throughout your travel dates.
- 📱 Social Media Presence: Active tagging of Club Med Cherating Beach and Fit Bodies during your stay is expected to promote the wellness program.
✈️ Travel Schedule: This position is two weeks, Arrive Sunday / Depart Sunday.
💪 Teaching Commitment: Your professional exchange begins on Monday morning. Please remain flexible to the resort's operational needs throughout the week.
📍 Airport Code: Kuantan Airport (KUA): Located about 50 km (a 45-to-50 minute drive) south of Cherating.
Ground Transportation: Not included. Club Med will send information for you to book transfer one week before departure.
⚠️ Occupancy & Family Policy:
The resort is great for couples or solo, but we note they have a strict maximum occupancy of 4 people per room.
Max Permitted Room Combinations:
- Option A: 2 Adults + 2 Children (Both children must be 15 years old or younger).
- Option B: 3 Adults + 1 Child (The 3rd guest must be between 13–17 years old and is charged the nightly adult rate; child must be 12 or younger).

Your professional presence and ownership of the "classroom" experience are essential to our program's success. Consistent adherence to these standards ensures a high-quality wellness experience for all resort guests.
You are responsible for your class set-up. While resort staff may assist, it should not be expected. Ensure your space is ready and equipment is organized before guests arrive.
Guests are on vacation; remain mindful of varying states of exercise readiness and potential dehydration. Actively monitor for overexertion or heat exhaustion, ensuring your teaching area is hazard-free.
Arrive 30 minutes prior to start time to encourage participation and welcome participants. If no guests show initially, remain for the full duration of your scheduled class time to accommodate any late arrivals.
Be ready to adapt to various experience levels and languages. Your goal is to enhance guest confidence and enjoyment regardless of their background or physical ability.
Respect local protocols and maintain a positive rapport with on-site entertainment and fitness teams. Your role is to complement their program as a valuable team member through seamless communication.
