All companion names and exact birth dates must be provided at the time of booking. 📝
Per Club Med regulations, no "TBA" placeholders are accepted, and no changes to companions are permitted after the order is placed.
Occupancy Note: Club Med does not accommodate 3 adults in one room. Maximum total occupancy is 4 people. Families of 5+ must purchase a second room.

This 4-Trident location hosts two professionals per week: one Yoga instructor and one Aqua instructor. This is an ideal destination for travel partners looking to teach at the same resort during the same travel week. 🧘♀️🌊
✈️ Ground Transportation Protocol
Transfers are not included and must be arranged independently via the Club Med App at least two weeks prior to travel.
💡 IMPORTANT: You must include your specific flight itinerary in the app at the time of payment. If no flight details are provided, airport transportation will not be scheduled for you.

📋 Professional Standards & Classroom Ownership
Your professional presence and ownership of the "classroom" experience are essential to our program's success. Consistent adherence to these standards ensures a high-quality wellness experience for all resort guests.
You are responsible for your class set-up. While resort staff may assist, it should not be expected. Ensure your space is ready and equipment is organized before guests arrive.
Guests are on vacation; remain mindful of varying states of exercise readiness and potential dehydration. Actively monitor for overexertion or heat exhaustion, ensuring your teaching area is hazard-free.
Arrive 30 minutes prior to start time to encourage participation and welcome participants. If no guests show initially, remain for the full duration of your scheduled class time to accommodate any late arrivals.
Be ready to adapt to various experience levels and languages. Your goal is to enhance guest confidence and enjoyment regardless of their background or physical ability.
Respect local protocols and maintain a positive rapport with on-site entertainment and fitness teams. Your role is to complement their program as a valuable team member through seamless communication.

To ensure a smooth and secure experience, please complete the following essential steps. These items are non-negotiable requirements that protect you financially, guarantee legal entry, and ensure a seamless resort check-in.

Check expiration dates for all travelers immediately. Passports must be valid for at least six months beyond your return date.
Renewal Tip: Current processing times can take up to six months.
