Offer Overview

The Buy One, Get One (BOGO) promotion allows eligible Fit Bodies members to reserve two Teaching Vacation weeks — with the higher-priced week determining the total amount due. The lower-priced week is provided as the complimentary portion of the promotion.

BOGO promotions are time-limited offers available exclusively to active Fit Bodies members in good standing. Specific promotional windows, eligible date ranges, and applicable promo codes will be communicated at the time of each offer.

Participation is limited to active Fit Bodies members with a valid and current membership at the time of booking. The Participant must maintain an active membership for the duration of both Teaching Vacation weeks.

If membership lapses prior to travel, Fit Bodies reserves the right to cancel the Booking without refund.

Participants must meet all standard Fit Bodies professional requirements, including a complete, approved professional profile, current certifications, and compliance with any resort-specific requirements applicable to their selected Teaching Vacation weeks.

Incomplete or non-compliant profiles may result in cancellation of one or both weeks without refund. Fit Bodies reserves the right to deny participation to any Participant who does not meet eligibility requirements, at its sole discretion.

The total amount charged corresponds to the higher-priced of the two Teaching Vacation weeks selected. The lower-priced week is the Complimentary Week and carries no additional charge under the promotion.

If both weeks are identically priced, either week may serve as the Paid Week at Fit Bodies' discretion.

No price adjustments, retroactive discounts, credits, or refunds will be issued if pricing changes after the Booking is confirmed — for any reason, including market adjustments, new promotions, or changes in resort pricing.

Any price difference between the two selected weeks that exceeds the promotional value may require an additional payment at the time of booking.

No cancellations, modifications, date changes, resort changes, room category changes, or guest name changes are permitted. The final sale policy applies to both the Paid Week and the Complimentary Week equally.

Participant acknowledges that by completing the BOGO purchase, they expressly waive any right to a refund, credit, or chargeback related to the promotional value of this offer.

All cancellations — for any reason — will incur a 100% cancellation fee. Upon cancellation, the full value of both the Paid Week and the Complimentary Week is forfeited, regardless of the circumstances.

All membership fees, program fees, and administrative charges paid in connection with the Booking are non-refundable. Cancellation of either the Paid Week or the Complimentary Week individually is not permitted. The Booking exists as a single, indivisible unit.

Any requested modification to a confirmed BOGO Booking will be treated as a full cancellation and will trigger the 100% cancellation fee and $250 USD administrative fee outlined in Section 4.

Modifications include, but are not limited to:

Fit Bodies will not honor partial changes or accommodate modification requests under any circumstances.

BOGO Bookings are strictly non-transferable. The Participant may not transfer, assign, sell, gift, donate, or otherwise convey either the Paid Week or the Complimentary Week to any other individual or entity.

Any attempt to transfer a BOGO Booking will result in immediate cancellation of the entire Booking without refund, and may result in suspension or termination of the Participant's Fit Bodies membership.

This promotion cannot be combined with:

Package credits issued under any Fit Bodies membership tier may not be applied toward BOGO Bookings. Attempting to apply ineligible credits or combine offers will result in the removal of the discount and may require additional payment to confirm the Booking.

Fit Bodies will not issue future travel credits, partial or full refunds, booking rollovers or rescheduling accommodations, or compensation of any kind.

This applies in all cases, including but not limited to: unused weeks, changes in the Participant's travel plans, personal circumstances, resort operational changes, or external events beyond Fit Bodies' control.

Both the Paid Week and the Complimentary Week must be reserved at the time of purchase, unless otherwise explicitly stated in the specific promotion's terms.

All Bookings are subject to availability at the time of reservation. Fit Bodies does not guarantee availability of any specific resort, date, or room category. Eligible travel periods will be specified in each individual BOGO promotion. Weeks booked outside the stated eligible travel window will not qualify for the promotion.

Resort approval may be required for certain properties. Fit Bodies' decision regarding resort approval is final.

All Bookings remain subject to the individual policies of each resort or property, including but not limited to: check-in/check-out requirements, house rules, fitness program requirements, and minimum professional qualification standards.

Fit Bodies acts as an intermediary facilitating Teaching Vacation placements and is not responsible for decisions made independently by resort operators, including denial of participation.

Resort requirements are subject to change without notice. Fit Bodies will make reasonable efforts to communicate known changes, but is not liable for last-minute resort-level modifications.

Fit Bodies shall not be liable for, and no refunds or credits will be issued due to, any failure or delay in the performance of its obligations resulting from causes beyond Fit Bodies' reasonable control, including but not limited to:

In the event of a Force Majeure scenario, Fit Bodies will use reasonable commercial efforts to communicate with affected Participants and explore available alternatives, but is not obligated to provide refunds, credits, or replacements.

By completing a BOGO purchase, the Participant explicitly acknowledges that the transaction is a final sale and agrees not to initiate a chargeback, reversal, or dispute with their financial institution or payment processor.

In the event of an unauthorized chargeback, Fit Bodies reserves the right to: (a) pursue recovery of the full disputed amount; (b) assess additional administrative fees; and (c) permanently suspend or terminate the Participant's Fit Bodies membership without further notice or refund.

Fit Bodies will provide all relevant documentation to the applicable payment processor or financial institution to contest any chargeback filed in violation of these Terms.

Participation in any BOGO promotion is contingent upon the Participant maintaining an active Fit Bodies membership in good standing throughout the life of the Booking — from purchase through completion of both Teaching Vacation weeks.

Fit Bodies reserves the right to cancel a BOGO Booking without refund if the Participant's membership is suspended, terminated, or lapses at any point prior to the completion of both weeks.

The Participant is solely responsible for maintaining current certifications, required credentials, and any other professional qualifications required by Fit Bodies or the applicable resort.

Fit Bodies reserves the right to modify, update, or discontinue these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. The version in effect at the time of the Participant's Booking will govern that specific transaction.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, United States of America, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms & Conditions, or the breach, termination, enforcement, interpretation, or validity thereof, shall be resolved exclusively through binding arbitration in Miami-Dade County, Florida, under the rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA).

The Participant waives any right to pursue claims on a class-action basis. All claims must be brought in the Participant's individual capacity only.

If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect. The invalid or unenforceable provision will be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable, consistent with the original intent of the parties.
