Terms and Conditions – Unlimited Travel Packages

By purchasing an Unlimited Package, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These packages are an extension of the services offered on the FitnessProTravel.com website and are subject to the same general terms and conditions that govern all standard bookings.

1. Validity, Rules, and Usage Limitations

• Booking Window (Validity): Unlimited Packages grant the purchaser a defined period of time to make reservations (“Booking Window”):

  • Tier 1 & Tier 2: 12 months to make bookings.

  • Tier 3: 18 months to make bookings.

  • Tier 4: 24 months to make bookings.

  • Travel may occur after the Booking Window ends, provided the reservation was made within the Booking Window.

• Membership Requirement: An active Fit Bodies membership is required to use any Unlimited Package benefits. Packages do not include a membership.

• Seasonal Access:

  • Tier 1 ($2,500): Unlimited Off-Peak travel (May–October) + 3 Peak weeks (Nov–Apr).

  • Tier 2 ($5,000): Unlimited Off-Peak travel + 7 Peak weeks.

  • Tier 3 ($7,500): Unlimited Off-Peak travel + 10 Peak weeks.

  • Tier 4 ($15,000): Unlimited Off-Peak travel + 20 Peak weeks.

• Per Resort Limit: Travel is limited to a maximum of two (2) weeks per quarter per resort, to ensure equitable distribution.

• Resort Availability:

  • Packages apply only to current Fit Bodies partner resorts.

  • Future resorts may or may not be included, at the sole discretion of Fit Bodies, Inc.

• Exclusive Promotions: From time to time, Fit Bodies, Inc. may grant package holders time-limited access to additional high-demand Peak weeks (e.g., cancellations or urgent positions). Such offers are not guaranteed and may only be available for a limited booking window (e.g., 72 hours).

• No Additional Benefits: Packages include only the travel benefits outlined above. Unless expressly stated, they do not include airfare, airport transfers, credits, or additional perks.

2. Refund and Cancellation Policy

• No Refunds: All Unlimited Packages are strictly non-refundable once purchased.

• Trip Cancellations:

  • If a booked trip is canceled within 90 days of travel, a $500 penalty applies.

  • Failure to pay the penalty will result in forfeiture of all Unlimited Package rights and future bookings.

• Rescheduling or Modifications:

  • Subject to resort availability and standard Fit Bodies policies.

  • A modification fee may apply depending on the nature of the change.

• Misuse: Repeated cancellations, misuse of package privileges, or failure to meet professional teaching requirements may result in suspension of booking privileges for up to 12 months and/or package termination without refund.

3. Financing Terms

• Payment Options:

  • Pay in Full at the time of purchase.

  • 12-Month Installment Plan: 25% down payment + 12% APR.

• Monthly Payment Amounts:

  • Tier 1 ($2,500): $625 down + 12 payments of $166.59.

  • Tier 2 ($5,000): $1,250 down + 12 payments of $333.18.

  • Tier 3 ($7,500): $1,875 down + 12 payments of $499.77.

  • Tier 4 ($15,000): $3,750 down + 12 payments of $999.55.

• Failure to Pay: Missed or late payments may result in suspension of booking privileges until the account is current. Persistent non-payment may result in package cancellation without refund.

4. Teaching Responsibilities

• Packages are exclusively for fitness, yoga, sports, and wellness professionals.

• Standard teaching commitments and requirements, as published on FitnessProTravel.com, apply to all stays.

• Failure to meet teaching responsibilities may result in suspension or termination of package rights.

5. General Limitations

• Non-Transferability: Packages are strictly non-transferable and may only be used by the purchaser and their eligible companions, in accordance with Fit Bodies, Inc. policies.

• Expiration: All guaranteed Peak Season weeks must be booked within the Booking Window. Unused weeks expire if not booked before the end of the Booking Window.

• Combination with Promotions: Unlimited Packages may not be combined with other Fit Bodies promotions, discounts, or credits, unless explicitly stated in writing.

• Company Rights: Fit Bodies, Inc. reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify participating resorts, available dates, package inclusions, or related policies without prior notice.

• Capacity and Restrictions: All benefits are subject to resort availability, operational capacity, seasonal restrictions, and the prevailing terms of the Fit Bodies, Inc. program.
