Terms and Conditions

1. Credit usage:

   • Credits apply at a 1:1 value — $1,000 = 1,000 credits

   •  Covers accommodations only on Fit Bodies teaching vacations 

   • If a trip requires more than 1,000 credits per week, members pay the difference 

   • Valid for travel between 2025–2027

   • Bonus Week Rules: ​​

     • You may book trips through 2027 using your full travel credit balance. However, trips will not be confirmed unless you’ve paid in an amount that matches the total credit you’ve booked.

     • For example:
       If you purchase a $5,000 package with $3,000 down, you can book up to $5,000 in trips — but your bookings will only be confirmed once your payments equal the credit amount you’ve used.

     • This ensures fairness and availability for all members while still giving you early booking access.

2. No Alteration to Standard Terms:

   • These packages do not modify or replace the standard terms of service found on the FitnessProTravel.com website.

   • All general rules, including cancellation policies, resort-specific guidelines, and teaching requirements, still apply.

3. Refund and Cancellation Policy:

   • 7-Day Full Refund: Cancel within 7 days for a 100% refund 

   • After 7 Days: 

     • No refunds 

     • $250 change fee applies for rescheduling booked weeks

     • Misuse may result in membership suspension for 12 months

1. Teaching Responsibilities:

   • These packages are designed for fitness professionals. Standard teaching commitments as outlined on the FitnessProTravel.com platform apply during your stays.

2. Availability Limitations:

   • Package availability is limited to the resorts listed at the time of booking. Resort-specific terms may vary.

3. General Terms:

   • All other terms and conditions not explicitly stated here default to the general terms of service for FitnessProTravel.com.
