Travel Packages – Terms and Conditions

 

Package Structure & Credit-to-Week Usage

• Fit Bodies Travel Packages are sold as prepaid travel credits.

• Credit value:
  $1 USD = 1 credit
  (1,000 credits = 1 travel week valued up to $1,000 USD)

• Each confirmed travel week consumes 1,000 credits, regardless of the actual listed value of the week.

• If a selected week is valued above $1,000, the member is responsible for paying the difference at the time of booking.

• If a selected week is valued below $1,000, the full 1,000 credits will still be applied.

• Unused credit value is not refundable, transferable, or carried forward.

 

Eligible Travel & Validity

• Credits may be applied exclusively toward accommodations on Fit Bodies teaching vacations.

• Travel credits are valid for bookings and travel between 2025 and 2027, subject to availability.

• A maximum of two (2) weeks per resort per quarter may be booked per member.

 

Payment Terms

• All Travel Packages must be paid in full at the time of purchase.

• Payment plans are not available for these packages.

• Credits will be added to the member’s account only after full payment is received.

 

Membership Inclusion

• Each Travel Package includes a Fit Bodies Membership:

  • Escape & Indulge Packages: Travel Membership

  • Immerse Package: Medallion Membership

• Membership benefits are governed by the standard terms of each membership tier.

 

Refund & Cancellation Policy​

• • No refunds will be issued.

  • A $250 change fee applies to rescheduling confirmed travel weeks.

  • Misuse of package privileges may result in membership suspension for up to 12 months.

 

Teaching Responsibilities

• Travel Packages are intended for qualified fitness professionals.

• Standard teaching requirements, certifications, and professional conduct outlined on FitnessProTravel.com apply.

• Failure to comply may result in forfeiture of booked travel without refund.

 

Availability & Resort Terms

• Credits may only be applied to participating resorts available at the time of booking.

• Resort-specific pricing, schedules, and requirements may vary.

• Availability is limited and not guaranteed for specific resorts, dates, or seasons.

 

No Alteration to Standard Terms

• Travel Packages do not replace or override the general Terms of Service of FitnessProTravel.com.

• All standard cancellation policies, resort rules, and professional requirements remain in effect.

 

Exclusivity & Promotions

• Travel Packages cannot be combined with other Fit Bodies promotions or discounts.

• Credits and packages are non-transferable and may only be used by the purchasing member.
