Travel Packages – Terms and Conditions

Package Structure & Credit Usage

Fit Bodies Travel Packages are sold as prepaid travel credits.

Credit Value
$1 USD = 1 credit
1,000 credits = 1 travel week valued up to $1,000 USD.

Each confirmed travel week deducts 1,000 credits from the member’s account.

If a selected week exceeds $1,000 in value, the member is responsible for paying the difference at the time of booking.

If a selected week is valued below $1,000, the full 1,000 credits will still be applied.

Unused credit value is not refundable, transferable, or redeemable for cash.

Travel credits may be applied exclusively toward accommodations for Fit Bodies teaching vacations.

Credits are valid for booking and travel between January 1, 2026 and December 31, 2027.

Credits may not be applied to bookings or travel in 2028 under any circumstance.

Unused credits expire after December 31, 2027 and hold no cash value thereafter.

A maximum of two (2) weeks per resort per quarter may be booked per member.

Credits may be applied to all Fit Bodies partner resorts available at the time of purchase.

Future resort additions are not guaranteed to be included.

Resort-specific pricing, schedules, availability, and requirements may vary.

Availability is limited and not guaranteed for specific resorts, dates, or seasons.

All Travel Packages must be paid in full at the time of purchase.

Payment plans are not available.

Credits will be added to the member’s account after full payment is received.

All Travel Package purchases are final and non-refundable.

A $250 change fee applies to rescheduling confirmed travel weeks.

Violation of package terms may result in suspension of package privileges at Fit Bodies’ discretion.

Travel Packages are intended for qualified fitness professionals.

All standard teaching requirements, certifications, and professional conduct policies outlined on FitnessProTravel.com apply.

Failure to meet professional requirements may result in cancellation of confirmed travel in accordance with standard Fit Bodies policies.

Travel Packages may not be combined with other promotions, discounts, or special offers.

Credits and packages are non-transferable and may only be used by the purchasing member.

Fit Bodies reserves the right to modify Travel Package pricing for future purchases. Previously purchased packages remain unaffected.
