By purchasing an Advance Purchase Package, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These packages are an extension of the services offered on the FitnessProTravel.com website and are subject to the same general terms and conditions that govern all standard bookings.

Key Rules and Usage Limitations:

1. Consecutive Week Limitations:

   • You may book up to two consecutive weeks per resort per quarter.

   • For extended stays, the concierge can assist with booking a nearby resort within the same region.

2. Credit usage:

   • Credits can only be used for stays at participating resorts listed on the Fit Bodies platform.

   • Credits do not expire.

   • Trips during holidays or special occasions priced at $1,200 or higher are not fully covered by the package, and the buyer will be responsible for paying the difference.

3. No Alteration to Standard Terms:

   • These packages do not modify or replace the standard terms of service found on the FitnessProTravel.com website.

   • All general rules, including cancellation policies, resort-specific guidelines, and teaching requirements, still apply.

4. Refund and Cancellation Policy:

   1. Non-Refundable Purchase:

   2. Packages are non-refundable once purchased.

   3. If you are unable to use your credits, they will remain in your account for future use.

5. Rescheduling or Modifications:

   1. Changes to booked weeks can be made by contacting the concierge service, subject to availability.

   2. A modification fee may apply depending on the nature of the change.

   3. Cancellation of Individual Trips:

   4. If a booked trip is canceled, standard cancellation fees as outlined on FitnessProTravel.com will apply.

6. Concierge Service Fees:

   1. Exchange Portal Fees (Launching Q2 2025):

   2. Members listing weeks for exchange or booking swapped weeks through the Exchange Portal will be subject to a small service fee, as outlined at the time of the transaction.

7. Additional Requests:

   1. The concierge service is complimentary for standard booking assistance included with the packages.

   2. Special requests, such as non-partner resort arrangements or additional services, may incur a fee.
