Terms and Conditions – Future Access Packages

By purchasing a Future Access Package (Plutonium, Lightning, or Gigawatt), you agree to the following terms and conditions. These packages are an extension of the services offered on the FitnessProTravel.com website and are subject to the same general terms and conditions that govern all standard bookings.

1. Validity, Rules, and Usage

Credits and Redemption: Each package provides a defined amount of credits (as outlined in the selected tier). Credits may be applied toward teaching vacation bookings. Each reservation deducts the corresponding amount from the available package balance.

Exclusive Access: These packages grant early access to travel weeks occurring between June 2027 and March 2028, prior to general membership availability. Credits may also be used for any other dates available to the purchaser under their active membership.

Membership Requirement: An active Fit Bodies membership is required to utilize credits or benefits associated with any Future Access Package.

Balance Inquiry: Package holders may request their remaining credit balance at any time by contacting Fit Bodies Customer Service.

Resort Availability: Credits may only be redeemed at selected current Fit Bodies partner resorts. Future partner resorts may or may not be included, at the sole discretion of Fit Bodies, Inc.

Non-Cash Value: Credits hold no cash value and may only be redeemed for qualifying reservations under Fit Bodies’ programs.

2. Refund and Cancellation Policy

No Refunds: All Future Access Packages are strictly non-refundable once purchased.

Trip Cancellations:

If a booked trip is canceled within 90 days of travel, a penalty of $250 applies.
Failure to pay the penalty will result in forfeiture of all package rights and future bookings.

Rescheduling or Modifications: Subject to resort availability and standard Fit Bodies policies. Additional modification fees may apply.

Misuse: Repeated cancellations, misuse of package privileges, or failure to meet professional teaching requirements may result in suspension of booking privileges or package termination without refund.

3. Financing Terms

Payment Options:

Pay in full at the time of purchase.

4. Teaching Responsibilities

Packages are exclusively for qualified fitness, yoga, sports, and wellness professionals. Standard teaching commitments and requirements, as published on FitnessProTravel.com, apply to all stays. Failure to meet teaching responsibilities may result in suspension or termination of package rights without refund.

5. General Limitations

Non-Transferability: Packages are strictly non-transferable and may only be used by the purchaser and their eligible companions, in accordance with Fit Bodies, Inc. policies.

Expiration: All credits must be redeemed within 18 months from the date of package purchase. Any unused credits will automatically expire at the end of this period.

Combination with Promotions: Future Access Packages may not be combined with other Fit Bodies promotions, discounts, or credits, unless explicitly stated in writing.

Company Rights: Fit Bodies, Inc. reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify participating resorts, available dates, package inclusions, or related policies without prior notice.

Capacity and Restrictions: All benefits are subject to resort availability, operational capacity, seasonal restrictions, and the prevailing terms of the Fit Bodies, Inc. program.
