How does the booking approval process work?
Secure your week now. Complete your profile before you travel.
Fit Bodies uses a book-now, approve-later model. When you book a Teaching Vacation, your payment secures your spot immediately — you do not need a complete profile to reserve a week.
What you do need is a complete, approved profile before you travel.
Step 1: Book and pay
Select your resort and week, complete checkout, and your spot is reserved. Payment processes immediately and your booking is confirmed.
If your certifications and professional information are already on file and up to date, the checkout process skips the credential step automatically.
Step 2: Complete your profile (if not already done)
After booking, you have until 30 days before your travel date to ensure your profile is complete. Your profile must include:
- Profile photo — professional headshot
- Current certifications — valid documentation for all disciplines you plan to teach
- Professional experience — complete teaching history and bio for each format
- Account information — contact details current and accurate
Incomplete profiles will delay or prevent travel approval. The sooner your profile is complete, the faster approval moves.
Step 3: Fit Bodies reviews your profile
Our team reviews your full profile — certifications, experience, and photo — and grants confirmed travel approval. Some resort partners also conduct their own review before approving instructors.
This review happens after booking and is completed before your travel date. You will be notified of your approval status.
Do not book flights until you receive confirmed travel approval from Fit Bodies.
Step 4: Travel
Once approved, your booking details, check-in voucher, and Trip Details document are available in your account dashboard.

Paying for a booking does not automatically guarantee approval to travel. Fit Bodies and our resort partners review every instructor profile before confirming travel. If your profile does not meet the required standards, our team will contact you with the specific requirements.
