A Fit Bodies membership is not required to create an account or book a Teaching Vacation — but it is the smartest financial decision you can make before you do.
Here's why.
1. Pay base price. Not the 30% premium.
Every Teaching Vacation week has a standard booking fee. Users without an active paid membership pay that fee plus 30% on every single booking — no exceptions, no matter the date.
Your membership tier defines your base-price window: the range of future dates for which you pay the standard rate instead of the premium.

A non-member booking a $1,000 week pays $1,300. A Travel member booking within their window pays $1,000. A Medallion member pays $950 — base price minus their automatic 5% discount.

2. Automatic discount on every booking (Medallion & Enterprise)
Medallion and Enterprise members receive an automatic 5% discount at checkout on every booking within their base-price window. No codes. No requests. It applies every time, on every trip.
3. Exclusive access to the Travel Rewards loyalty system
Only paid members participate in the Travel Rewards program. Non-members have no access — period.
Here's how it works:
- Refer a colleague who joins as a paid member → earn 10% of their membership fee in Travel Reward points
- They renew the following year → earn 10% again, automatically
- They book a Teaching Vacation → earn 1% of their booking fee in points, every time they travel
Points apply directly toward your own future booking fees — up to 70% of any booking, with a $300 minimum cash payment required. One point equals one cent.
Your points stay active as long as your membership does. Let your membership lapse, and your points go with it.

4. Member pricing at Wear Fit Bodies
Active members receive exclusive pricing on the Fit Bodies merchandise store at wearfitbodies.com. Non-members pay full retail.
5. New resorts — members hear first. Every time.
Every time Fit Bodies adds a new property to the network, the announcement goes out in sequence:
- Enterprise & Medallion members — first notification, first booking access
- Travel members — second wave
- Everyone else — last
By the time a new resort is visible to the general public, members have already claimed the best weeks. The most desirable dates at newly launched properties are gone before most people even know the resort exists.
6. Your membership portal is your trip hub
Once you book, your account is where everything lives:
- Confirmed reservation details and check-in voucher
- Trip Details document for your specific resort
- Resort contact information
- Upcoming bookings and transfer arrangements
- Travel Rewards balance and earning history
