What are the membership tier differences?

All dates are open to everyone. Your tier determines what you pay for them.

Every Teaching Vacation week on the calendar is available to book regardless of membership status. What your membership tier controls is your base-price window — the range of future dates for which you pay the standard booking fee instead of the 30% non-member premium.

Beyond pricing, paid membership is the only way to access Travel Rewards, earn from referrals, and get first notice on every new resort launch.

No membership

No paid membership means every booking — regardless of how far out the date is — is charged at base price plus 30%. Always.

There are no date restrictions. You can book any available week. You just pay the premium every single time, earn nothing from referrals, and have no access to Travel Rewards or the loyalty system.

Travel — $95/year

Best for: Professionals who plan 3–13 months ahead and want to lock in base pricing across most of their bookings.

  • Base-price window: ~13 months out
  • Dates beyond 13 months: base price + 30%
  • No automatic booking discount
  • Free CECs through Fit Bodies educational courses
  • Full access to Travel Rewards loyalty program
  • Referral earnings: 10% on new member registrations and renewals
  • Member pricing at wearfitbodies.com

The reality: Most high-demand resort weeks get claimed 6–10 months out. A Travel membership keeps those bookings in your base-price window. At $95/year, a single booking within your window versus paying the 30% premium on a $1,000 week saves you $300 — more than three times the cost of the membership.

Medallion — $495/year ⭐

Best for: Professionals who travel multiple times per year, plan well ahead, and want every booking to cost less automatically.

  • Base-price window: ~20 months out
  • Dates beyond 20 months: base price + 30%
  • 5% automatic discount on every booking within the window
  • Free CECs
  • Full access to Travel Rewards loyalty program
  • Referral earnings: 10% on registrations and renewals + 1% residual on every future booking your referrals make
  • First-wave notification on every new resort launch
  • Member pricing at wearfitbodies.com

The math: At a $1,000 base booking fee — a non-member pays $1,300, a Travel member pays $1,000, a Medallion member pays $950. That's a $350 difference per trip versus no membership. Two trips a year and Medallion pays for itself, with a 20-month window that covers virtually every date you'd want at base price.

Enterprise — $1,495/year

Best for: Professionals with an established audience, studio, or community who generate consistent referrals and want the maximum base-price window.

  • Base-price window: ~24 months out — the longest in the program
  • Dates beyond 24 months: base price + 30%
  • 5% automatic discount on every booking within the window
  • Free CECs
  • Full access to Travel Rewards loyalty program
  • Referral earnings: 10% on registrations and renewals + 1% residual on every future booking your referrals make
  • First-wave notification on every new resort launch — alongside Medallion
  • Member pricing at wearfitbodies.com

The difference vs. Medallion: Enterprise extends your base-price window by an additional ~4 months — the longest available in the program. If you regularly book 20–24 months out and want every one of those dates at base price, Enterprise closes that gap. The referral structure is identical to Medallion; the window is not.

A note on new resort launches

Every new property added to the Fit Bodies network follows the same announcement sequence:

  1. Enterprise & Medallion — first notification, immediate booking access
  2. Travel — second wave
  3. Non-members and unsubscribed users — last

The best weeks at newly launched resorts are consistently claimed in the first wave. Non-members see the announcement after members have already booked.

Upgrading or renewing

You can upgrade or renew at any time from your account page. Upgrading before your current membership expires credits the remaining value toward the new tier — you never lose what's left on your current membership.
