How does the Travel Rewards program work?

Refer colleagues. Earn points. Travel for less.
The Travel Rewards program rewards paid members for sharing Fit Bodies with other professionals. Every referral who joins and travels generates points for your account — points you apply directly toward future booking fees.
Travel Rewards are available exclusively to paid members. Non-members and lapsed accounts cannot earn or redeem points.
How you earn points
Points are earned automatically through two mechanisms:
1. Referral registrations and renewals — 10%
When someone joins Fit Bodies through your referral link and purchases a paid membership, you earn points equal to 10% of their membership fee. When that same member renews the following year, you earn 10% again — automatically, every renewal cycle.
2. Your referrals' future travel — 1%
Every time a member you referred books a Teaching Vacation, you earn 1% of their booking fee in points. This is ongoing — as long as they continue booking, you continue earning.
Example: Your referral pays $495 for a Medallion membership → you earn 49 points ($0.49). They book a $1,000 Teaching Vacation → you earn 10 more points ($0.10). Small per transaction, but it compounds across every referral you bring in and every trip they take.
How you redeem points
Points apply at checkout toward any Teaching Vacation booking fee. Two rules govern redemption:

| Maximum point discount | Points can reduce your booking fee by up to 70% of the total — never more |
| Point conversion | 1 point = $0.01 USD |
Example: Booking fee of $1,000 → minimum $300 cash required → maximum $700 can be covered by points (70%). If your balance is $400 in points, you pay $600 cash + $400 in points.
Tracking your points
All point activity — earning history, redemption history, current balance, and referral activity — is visible in your Travel Rewards dashboard. Access it by logging into your account and navigating to Travel Rewards in the account menu.
Important rules
- Points have no cash value. They cannot be redeemed for cash, checks, or transfers.
- Points are non-transferable. They are tied to your account and cannot be shared or moved.
- Points expire with your membership. If your membership lapses, your accumulated point balance is forfeited. Renewing does not restore forfeited points.
- Earning rates may change. Fit Bodies reserves the right to modify point earning rates, redemption thresholds, and eligibility requirements at any time.
