How does the Travel Rewards program work?
Travel Rewards Program:
Refer colleagues. Earn points. Travel for less.
The Fit Bodies Travel Rewards program allows active members to earn points on their own travel and by referring other fitness professionals. These points can be converted into "Wallet Cash" to pay for future teaching vacations.
Travel Rewards are available exclusively to paid members. Non-members and lapsed accounts cannot earn or redeem points.
How you earn points
You can earn points through both your own travel and by referring others using the unique Referral Link found in your member account.
- Your Own Travel: Earn 1 point for every $1 spent on the base booking fee of your own teaching vacations.
- Referral Sign-Ups: Earn 1,000 bonus points the moment a referred friend joins and becomes "Travel Ready" (they receive 1,000 points as well).
- Referral Travel: Earn 1 point for every $1 spent forever on every trip your direct referrals book and complete.
Refer and connect: Use your Travel Rewards referral link to share the Fit Bodies travel program with others. Go to your account and find your unique shareable referral link. When your link is followed and a new account is created, the connection is made. When that connection transacts with membership or travel purchases, you earn.
Example: Your referral signs up for any type of membership → you earn 1000 points ($10.00). They book a $1,000 Teaching Vacation → you earn 1000 more points ($10.00). Small per transaction, but it compounds across every referral you bring in and every trip they take.
Milestone Bonuses
In addition to standard earning, you unlock massive point bonuses when your referred friends successfully complete a paid trip:
- 3 Referrals Complete a Trip: You earn a 100,000 point bonus ($1,000 value).
- 6 Referrals Complete a Trip: You earn an additional 150,000 point bonus ($1,500 value).
When do your points display as earned?

Points will show 30 days after a membership purchase of the referral. For referrals booking travel, the points will show in your account after the completion of the booked trip.
How you redeem points
Points apply at checkout toward any Teaching Vacation booking fee. Two rules govern redemption:

| Minimum cash payment | A minimum of $300 USD cash is required on every booking regardless of points available |
| Maximum point discount | Points can reduce your booking fee by up to 70% of the total — never more |
| Point conversion | 1 point = $0.01 USD |
Example: Booking fee of $1,000 → minimum $300 cash required → maximum $700 can be covered by points (70%). If your balance is $400 in points, you pay $600 cash + $400 in points.
Convert to Wallet Cash
Points may be converted to Fit Bodies Wallet cash. You can convert your points into Wallet Cash at any time. Wallet Cash can then be applied at checkout to pay for your teaching vacation bookings (and, in the future, retreats, experiences, and certification courses).
Tracking your points
All point activity — earning history, redemption history, current balance, and referral activity — is visible in your Travel Rewards dashboard. Access it by logging into your account and navigating to Travel Rewards in the account menu.
Important rules and limitations

- Active Membership: You must maintain an active Fit Bodies membership to earn and keep your points and Wallet Cash.
- Expiration: Wallet Cash issued from point exchanges expires 12 months from the date of issue.
- No Cash Value: Points and Wallet Cash are promotional credit. They cannot be transferred, cashed out, or paid out as a check/currency.
- Qualifying Spend: Points are only earned on the base booking fee paid with actual currency. You do not earn points on taxes, service fees, membership purchases, or any portion of a booking paid for using a Pass, discount code, or Wallet Cash.
- Posting Timeline: Travel points post to your account after the related trip is completed.
