[Transfers] How Do I Book Airport Ground Transportation to the Resort?
Essential Steps for Securing Your Transfer and Understanding Zone Requirements
Step 1: Gather your information
Before booking, locate the following:
- Trip Details document — log in to your account and download the Trip Details for your confirmed booking. This document contains all transportation requirements specific to your resort, including whether complimentary transfers apply or a taxi is required.
- Full flight itinerary — arrival and departure times, flight numbers, and any companion flight details.
Step 2: Book your transfer
Log in to the Fit Bodies website and select Bookings from the dropdown menu under your profile icon. To the right of the individual booking you are viewing, a second small dropdown has a Transfers option. Selecting that will take you to the an appropriate option for handling your transfer.
Transfer type — know before you book
Your Trip Details will specify which transfer type applies to your resort:
| Transfer type | What it means |
|---|---|
| Complimentary transfer | Provided by the resort at no cost. Requires all guests in your party to travel on the exact same flight itinerary. |
| Amstar transfer | Follow the provided link to their site to book. Shared transfers may stop at other resorts in route. Private transfers are non-stop. |
| Taxi required | Some resorts are best served by immediate taxi from the airport. Your Trip Details will indicate this. |

Fit Bodies works with Amstar as our transfer partner but does not manage the transfer service directly.
