Can I host my own retreat through Fit Bodies?

Turn your expertise into a retreat. Fit Bodies handles the resort side.

The Fit Bodies Retreat Hosting Program gives wellness professionals access to our resort partner network to run their own retreats — with Fit Bodies managing the resort relationship, room block negotiation, and logistics infrastructure.

You bring the programming and the participants. We bring the resort access.

How it works

Retreat hosting through Fit Bodies operates across three resort tiers — Silver, Gold, and Platinum — each representing a different property category and pricing structure. You select your tier, define your retreat format and ticket price, and our concierge team works with the resort to build the room block and confirm availability.

The program is designed so that a well-priced retreat at even modest occupancy generates meaningful net profit for the instructor after resort costs and the Fit Bodies program fee.
