Traveling pros may take one adult guest to any resort. Breezes adult properties without the asterisk are 14 and over. Lido properties are 16 and over and Hedonism II and III are 18 and over. The asterisk denotes family resorts where travelers may take one adult guest or a family with one other adult and up to 2 children 12 and under. Minimum 7 nights with Sunday arrival and departures. Travelers can stay consecutive weeks but with Sunday departures only. Multiple weeks are discounted by 5% of the total Administration fee unless it is a special promotional fee.

El Dorado Seaside Suites - Cancun, Mexico
El Dorado Seaside Suites is an upscale boutique resort only for adults.
The resort is known for its signature gourmet cuisine. There is a variety of options, none of which includes buffet lines as all restaurants serve a la Carte only. They do include authentic Mexican, Asian, and Italian as well as International cuisine with a daily changing menu. The bars feature the famous swings, transforming the overall experience of the resort. A new lounge beckons with cool music and even cooler drinks. All 280 rooms are suites, with lovely decor and romantic four post beds and all are just a few steps from the beach. Beach beds line the shore. Traveling pros need to be certified, experienced and will be approved by Fit Bodies Inc. A copy of all applicable certifications and a short biography or resume stating fitness background, education, and other related information will be necessary before final approval. Also needed to finalize the process is a current full body photo.

All land classes are one hour and aqua classes are 1/2 hour unless otherwise stated. Personal trainers spend 2 to 3 hours per day in the gym.

The fitness class schedule varies at each resort and is specialized each week for the traveling pro. At most properties group instructors will be required to lead land and aqua classes. The resort descriptions listed below give you a general idea of the schedule.

All resorts have sound systems but bring your own music.

Resorts are superinclusive meaning EVERYTHING IS INCLUDED. Food, drinks, water sports, racquet sports, and much much more. And no tipping allowed. There may be an extra charge for some activities at select resorts.

There is an administrative fee of $295, $375 or $450US total per week, depending on the hotel, to book the trip. This is due at the time of reservation and payable to FIT BODIES INC. This can be check, money order or MC, VISA, AMEX and is nonrefundable. The reservations are not confirmed until payment is received.

Passports are required for the Caribbean. A passport and travel visa are required to travel to Breezes Costa do Sauipe in Brazil for US and Canadian citizens. Other nationalities should check on requirements.

In the early 1800's, travelers brought offerings to express gratitude to the hotel owners for allowing them the enjoyment of the tropical atmosphere and island hospitality. We continue that tradition by asking each pro to take down gifts that are items each hotel can use and are not readily available to them. A list of items or a contact to acquire this list will be provided to you. The other option at some hotels is to pay an additional gift fund of $85US per week. This money is used to send larger items to the resorts when needed.

SUPERCLUBS RESORTS

JAMAICA: Get Flights into Montego Bay for all Jamaica resorts. Arrival Check in at the special Superclubs lounge upon your entry from the customs and immigration area. There is complimentary transportation to the resort and back to the airport. You will need to carry your final confirmation with you for verification. The final confirmation letter will have your hotel check in information so be sure you keep a copy for your arrival at the hotel.

Breezes Montego Bay $295US
This is an adult resort ages 14 and over and you are allowed one guest for free. This hotel will allow a second guest staying in the same room for a charge of $80 per night. Please contact Fit Bodies offices for verification and confirmation of the extra guest at the time of reservation. The payment of $80 per night is due upon arrival. Two land classes per day 8:30am and 4:30 pm Monday through Friday with the format of your choice. Normally the daily aqua class is taught by one of the entertainment staff at the hotel.

Breezes Runway Bay $375US
This is an adult resort ages 14 and over and you are allowed one guest. They do allow 2 guests with a nightly charge for the third person in the room. Please confirm with Fit Bodies at the time of reservation. Payment of $80 per night is due upon arrival. Monday through Friday 8:30 land class, yoga or pilates, 10:30am aqua class and 4:00pm land class format of your choice.

Hedonism II $375US
This is an adult resort 18 years and over. Contact Fit Bodies staff for information on extra people in the same room or booking extra rooms for friends. Two positions are available at Hedonism II each week. Group fitness which includes Yoga and/or pilates, and personal trainer. The classes vary depending on whether both positions are filled. Plan on two to three classes per day for the group fitness and the yoga/pilates positions and 2 to 3 hours in the gym for the personal trainer position. There are aqua classes scheduled and are either taught by one of the traveling pros or by the staff pro.

Hedonism III $375US
This is an adult resort 18 years and over. Please contact Fit Bodies staff regarding extra rooms at a drastically reduced rate for friends to join you during your trip or any other time based on hotel availability. Contact our offices for rates and to book. There is a powerwalk or stretch at 8:30am, aqua class at 11:00am and 5:00pm land class of your choice.

Grand Lido Negril $450US
This is an adult resort 16 years and over. Please contact Fit Bodies staff regarding extra rooms at a drastically reduced rate for friends to join you during your trip or any other time based on hotel availability. There are two traveling pros per week, one group fitness and one personal trainer. The two pros work on the schedule together. Typically two or three classes per day and one or both pros will be asked to teach aqua classes and yoga/pilates. The personal trainer spends time in the gym and also helps with the classes by doing powerwalk, abs and sculpting classes or other types of classes they are trained to teach. . No more than 2 people in one room.

Grand Lido Braco $450US
This is an adult resort 16 years and over. Please contact Fit Bodies staff regarding extra rooms at a drastically reduced rate for friends to join you during your trip or any other time based on hotel availability. There are two traveling pros per week, one group fitness and one personal trainer. The two pros work on the schedule together. Typically two classes per day and one or both pros will be asked to teach aqua classes and yoga/pilates. The personal trainer spends time in the gym and also helps with the classes by doing powerwalk, abs and sculpting classes or other types of classes they are trained to teach. No more than 2 people in one room.

Starfish $295US family resort
This is a family resort. You are allowed one adult guest or one adult and up to two children 12 and under. Extra children are charged by the day. There is an 8:30am powerwalk, 11:00am aqua class and 4:30pm land class format of your choice.

BAHAMAS: Get flights into Nassau International Airport. There is complimentary transportation to the resort and back to the airport. You will need to carry your final confirmation with you for verification. The final confirmation letter will have your hotel check in information so be sure you keep a copy for your arrival at the hotel.

Breezes Bahamas $295US
This is an adult resort. There is one land class per day at 4:00pm of your choice. The staff pro will typically teach the aqua class and there may be a powerwalk some mornings.

DOMINICAN REPUBLIC:
Superclubs no longer has a resort in Punta Cana. We are working with the Barcelo Punta Cana resort, formerly Breezes Punta Cana. Get flights into Punta Cana for the Barcelo Punta Cana resort . Avoid flights into Santa Domingo or Las Romanos because they will require a very long city bus ride or flight to get to the resorts. Transportation to the resort from the airport is not included but we will arrive for transfers and payment will be made at the front desk upon arrival..
There is a $10 tourist tax per person that you will be charged upon arrival to the Punta Cana airport.

Barcelo Punta Cana $295US family resort
No gift fund option - a list of items will be provided with confirmation) This is a family resort. You are allowed one adult guest or one adult and one child 12 years and under. There is a $30 pp/pn charge for a second child (or more) under 12. Extra person (adult) is $60pp/pn and both of these need to be confirmed with Fit Bodies Staff and payment will be at check in. There are up to three pros per week booked at this resort. A group fitness instructor, personal trainer and yoga or pilates instructor, or tennis pro. Meet at the Entertainment hut by the pool for the powerwalk at 8am Monday morning. There you will get in touch with your contact person and the other pros to go over the schedule for the week. Plan to do two classes per day and the personal trainers can make their own hours according to the best turnout in the gyms. 2- 3 hours per day.


Breezes Puerto Plata $295US Family resort You are allowed one adult guest or one adult and up to two children 12 years and under. There is a $20 pp/pn charge for children over 12. A third child is $40 pp/pn and both of these need to be confirmed with Fit Bodies Staff and payment will be at check in. We also have drastically discounted rates for extra rooms for family and friends. Please contact Fit Bodies staff for more information.
There are three pros per week booked at this resort. A group fitness instructor, personal trainer and yoga or pilates instructor. There are two classes per day for the group fitness pro and the yoga instructor and the personal trainer will make their own schedule for 2-3 hours per day in the gym.

CURACAO: Get flights into the Curacao International Airport and look for the Breezes desk for the complimentary transportation to the resort.

Breezes Curacao $295US Family resort
This is a family resort. You are allowed one adult guest or one adult and up to two children 12 years and under. Extra children are charged by the day. There is a morning powerwalk or stretch, a late morning aqua class and a late afternoon land class format of your choice.

BRAZIL: Get flights into Salvador usually via Sao Paulo or Rio. A passport and travel visa are required for US and Canadians and some other nationalities as well. Check with your travel agent for this information.

Breezes Costa do Sauipe $295 family resort
(No gift fund option - a list of items will be provided with confirmation) This is a family resort. You are allowed one adult guest or one adult and up to two children 12 years and under. Extra children are charged by the day. There are three classes per day and the times sometimes vary but they are around 9:30am, 11am and 2:30pm. Both land and aqua classes.

MEXICO Get Flights into Cancun International Airport. Transfers are not included. Transfers may be arranged via web site: Lomas Travel www.lomas-travel.com They run approximately $43.00 each way for bus, private car is also available for additional charge.

El Dorado Seaside Suites $375 (introductory rate!) adult resort
El Dorado Seaside Suites is waiting for you in the heart of the Riviera Maya. It is located on the secluded beach of Kantenah, just about 45 Minutes south of Cancun Airport and 25 minutes south of Playa del Carmen. (No gift fund option - The resort requires a $200.00 cash gift to be brought to the hotel. The gift will be given to the entertainment manager for use in the entertainment department. No other personal gifts are required. Provide Yoga formatted classes to resort guests. Instructors for this resort will teach 2 one hour classes in the morning. The first class will be at the Hidden Beach Resort (clothing optional) followed by a 2nd class at the sister property El Dorado Seaside Suites just a few steps away but two very distinct and separate hotels.
